Principle of Energy Saving
1). Harnessing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, our motors create a fixed magnetic field using permanent magnets and current interaction. This innovative design achieves synchronization via the stator's rotating magnetic field, eliminating the need for excitation current or winding, resulting in remarkable energy efficiency.
2). Traditional asynchronous motors generate electromagnetic torque through induced current in the rotor, driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field, inherently causing the rotor's speed to lag behind synchronous speed.
3). Boasting a 30% higher power density than asynchronous counterparts, permanent magnet motors are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, leading to reduced iron losses and minimal mechanical losses, thanks to their compact design.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) excels in efficiency compared to asynchronous motors at the same power level. Its high-efficiency zone is notably broader, delivering consistent performance within 25%-100% of its rated speed. In contrast, asynchronous motors see marked efficiency drops below 70% of rated speed.
