Principle of Energy Saving
1). Our motors leverage high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials within the rotor to generate a consistent magnetic field. This field is created through the interaction of permanent magnets and current. The stator's rotating magnetic field synchronizes the rotor, eliminating the need for excitation current or winding, resulting in unmatched energy efficiency.
2). Asynchronous motors, on the other hand, rely on induced current in the rotor to produce electromagnetic torque, driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field. This setup inherently causes the rotor's speed to be lower than the synchronous speed.
3). Our permanent magnet motors offer a staggering 30% higher power density compared to asynchronous motors of equivalent power, translating to 1-2 frame size reductions, diminished iron losses, and minimal mechanical losses due to their compact size.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) outperforms the asynchronous motor in efficiency, delivering superior performance for the same power level. Its high-efficiency zone is notably broader, consistently maintaining high efficiency between 25%-100% of its rated speed. Conversely, the asynchronous motor's efficiency dips significantly when speed falls below 70% of the rated speed.
