2). Asynchronous motors operate by inducing current in the rotor through the stator's rotating magnetic field, producing electromagnetic torque without direct magnetic field generation in the rotor, resulting in the rotor operating below synchronous speed.

3). Experience a power density approximately 30% greater than that of asynchronous motors with equivalent power. These permanent magnet motors are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, offering a compact solution that minimizes iron and mechanical losses.
