Principle of Energy Saving
1). The rotor of our permanent magnet synchronous motor utilizes cutting-edge rare earth permanent magnet materials to create a consistent magnetic field generated by both permanent magnets and current. The stator's rotating magnetic field propels the rotor into smooth motion, achieving synchronous speed without the need for excitation current or windings, maximizing energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors produce induced currents via the stator's rotating magnetic field to generate electromagnetic torque. This method necessitates that the rotor functions below synchronous speed.
3). Our permanent magnet motors exhibit a power density approximately 30% greater than comparable asynchronous motors. Additionally, they are typically 1-2 frame sizes more compact, significantly reducing iron and mechanical losses, optimizing overall system efficiency.
4). Delight in the superior efficiency of our permanent magnet synchronous motor, which surpasses its asynchronous counterpart of equivalent power. Enjoy a broader high-efficiency zone where the permanent magnet synchronous motor remarkably retains its efficiency within 25%-100% of the rated speed. 5, Conditions of Use
1). Altitude: For peak performance, the motor must be installed at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring consistent and reliable functionality.
2). Ambient temperature: The motor is engineered to withstand a wide range of climatic conditions, performing optimally in temperatures from -15°C to 40°C.
3). Working mode: This motor is engineered for a continuous working system (S1), guaranteeing uninterrupted operation and exceptional reliability.
4). Rated voltage: Offered in 200V/380V at 50Hz/60Hz, the motor supports a rated voltage variation of ±10%, ensuring adaptability to varying power conditions.
