Principle of Energy Saving
1). By utilizing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials in the rotor, our motors generate a fixed magnetic field. This field, created through the interaction of permanent magnets and current, allows the stator's rotating magnetic field to guide the rotor seamlessly. Synchronization is achieved without the need for excitation current or winding, resulting in unparalleled energy efficiency.
2). Asynchronous motors, on the other hand, rely on induced current in the rotor, propelled by the stator's rotating magnetic field, to produce electromagnetic torque. This inherently causes the rotor's speed to lag behind the synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors boast 30% higher power density compared to asynchronous motors of comparable power. They are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, leading to reduced iron loss and minimal mechanical loss, all thanks to their compact and efficient design.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) outperforms the asynchronous motor in efficiency, providing superior performance at the same power level. Its high-efficiency zone is notably broader. When operating within 25%-100% of its rated speed, the PMSM consistently remains in the high-efficiency zone. Conversely, the asynchronous motor's efficiency significantly diminishes when its speed drops below 70% of the rated speed.
