Principle of Energy Saving
1). Harnessing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials in the rotor, our motors generate a fixed magnetic field through the synergy of permanent magnets and current. This interaction, combined with the stator's rotating magnetic field, ensures synchronization without the need for excitation current or winding, resulting in matchless energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, the traditional asynchronous motors depend on induced current in the rotor, propelled by the stator's rotating magnetic field, to generate electromagnetic torque, inherently leading the rotor's speed to lag behind the synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors, with a 30% higher power density compared to asynchronous motors of equivalent power, are 1-2 frame sizes smaller. This compactness translates into reduced iron loss and minimal mechanical loss, contributing to superior efficiency.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) surpasses the asynchronous motor in efficiency, delivering superior performance at the same power level. Its high-efficiency zone is significantly broader, maintaining exceptional efficiency across 25%-100% of its rated speed. In stark contrast, the asynchronous motor's efficiency plummets if the speed drops below 70% of its rated speed.
