Principle of Energy Saving
1). Utilizing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, the rotor generates a fixed magnetic field, driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field, ensuring rotor speed aligns with synchronous speed without requiring excitation current or windings, thus maximizing energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors create induced current in the rotor via the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque, resulting in a rotor speed below synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors boast a power density approximately 30% higher than asynchronous motors of equivalent power, allowing for a reduction of 1-2 frame sizes. This smaller size reduces both iron and mechanical losses.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor boasts superior efficiency compared to its asynchronous counterpart of equal power. What truly sets it apart is its expansive high-efficiency zone. Operating within a speed range of 25% to 100% of the rated speed, this motor remains steadfastly in the high-efficiency zone. Conversely, an asynchronous motor experiences a drastic drop in efficiency when the speed drops below 70% of the rated speed.

1). Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters above sea level
2). Ambient temperature: Fluctuates with the seasons, yet remains within the range of -15 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius
3). Working mode: Designed for continuous operation system (S1)
4). Rated voltage: Available at 200V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz with an allowable variation range of ±10%
5). Enclosure protection grade of the motor is rated at IP55, ensuring robust protection
