Principle of Energy Saving

 

1). Utilizing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, the rotor creates a steady magnetic field (derived from both permanent magnets and current). The stator's rotating magnetic field propels the rotor's magnetic field, ensuring that the rotor's speed matches the synchronous speed without needing excitation currents or windings, thus achieving superior energy efficiency.

2). Conversely, asynchronous motors rely on the induced current generated in the rotor by the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque. This indirect generation results in the rotor operating below synchronous speed.

3). Permanent magnet motors boast a power density approximately 30% greater than asynchronous motors of equivalent power. Consequently, motors of the same power output are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, leading to minimized iron and mechanical losses.

4). Discover the powerful advantages of our permanent magnet synchronous motor, which boasts significantly higher efficiency compared to an asynchronous motor of equal power. Not only does it operate with superior efficiency, but its high-efficiency zone is remarkably broader. When functioning within a speed range of 25%-100% of its rated speed, the motor consistently performs in this high-efficiency zone. In contrast, an asynchronous motor experiences a steep decline in efficiency below 70% of its rated speed.
