Principle of Energy Saving
1). The rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor employs high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials to produce a steady magnetic field (generated by permanent magnets and current). The stator's rotating magnetic field drives the rotor's magnetic field, ensuring the rotor's speed matches the synchronous speed without requiring excitation current or winding, thus achieving superior energy efficiency.
2). Asynchronous motors generate induced current in the rotor through the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque. The rotor's magnetic field is indirectly generated, thus it must operate below synchronous speed.
3). The power density of permanent magnet motors is approximately 30% higher than that of asynchronous motors of equivalent power. For the same power output, permanent magnet motors are 1-2 frame sizes smaller than their asynchronous counterparts. This compact size translates to reduced iron loss and mechanical losses, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.
4). Experience unparalleled efficiency with our permanent magnet synchronous motor, surpassing the asynchronous motor of equivalent power. Not only does it boast superior efficiency, but its high-efficiency zone is also remarkably expansive. Operating within a speed range of 25%-100% of the rated speed, the permanent magnet synchronous motor consistently performs in the high-efficiency zone. In contrast, the asynchronous motor sees a significant efficiency decline when its speed range falls below 70% of the rated speed.

1). Altitude: Ensure it is utilized at altitudes not exceeding 1000m.
2). Ambient temperature: Adaptable with seasonal changes, but the temperature must stay within -15 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
3). Working mode: Designed for continuous working systems (S1) to ensure steady and reliable performance.
4). Rated voltage: Enjoy versatility with a rated voltage of 200V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz, and benefit from a permissible variation range of ±10%.
