Principle of Energy Saving
1). The rotor in our permanent magnet synchronous motor utilizes advanced rare earth permanent magnet materials to create a consistent magnetic field generated by both permanent magnets and current. The stator's dynamic magnetic field propels the rotor into seamless motion at synchronous speed without requiring excitation current or windings, thus maximizing energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors generate induced currents via the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque. This mechanism necessitates that the rotor operates below synchronous speed.
3). Our permanent magnet motors boast a power density approximately 30% greater than equivalent asynchronous motors. Additionally, they are typically 1-2 frame sizes more compact, significantly reducing iron and mechanical losses, and optimizing overall system efficiency.
