1). By employing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, the rotor produces a constant magnetic field, driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field. This ensures that the rotor speed aligns seamlessly with the synchronous speed, eliminating the need for excitation current or windings, thereby optimizing energy efficiency.
2). Conversely, asynchronous motors generate induced current in the rotor through the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque, leading to a rotor speed that falls below the synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors boast a power density approximately 30% higher than asynchronous motors of equivalent power, allowing for a reduction of 1-2 frame sizes. This size reduction results in decreased iron and mechanical losses, further enhancing efficiency.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor excels with superior efficiency, surpassing asynchronous motors of equal power. Its expansive high-efficiency zone sets it apart, consistently performing within a speed range of 25% to 100% of the rated speed.
