Principle of Energy Saving
1). Our motors ingeniously utilize high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials in the rotor to establish a fixed magnetic field. This field is birthed through the interaction of permanent magnets and current. With the stator's rotating magnetic field leading the rotor, synchronization ensues without the need for excitation current or winding, achieving unmatched energy efficiency.
2). Conversely, asynchronous motors depend upon induced current in the rotor, propelled by the stator's rotating magnetic field, to generate electromagnetic torque. This configuration inherently results in the rotor's speed being inferior to synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors exhibit a 30% higher power density compared to asynchronous motors of equivalent power. Their more compact size, being 1-2 frame sizes smaller, translates to reduced iron and mechanical loss, thanks to their diminutive dimensions.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) surpasses the asynchronous motor in efficiency, offering exemplary performance for an equivalent power level. Notably, its high-efficiency zone is substantially broader. When functioning within 25%-100% of its rated speed, the PMSM consistently operates within the high-efficiency zone. In contrast, the asynchronous motor's efficiency markedly declines when its speed falls below 70% of the rated speed.
