Principle of Energy Saving
1). The rotor in our permanent magnet synchronous motor uses advanced rare earth permanent magnet materials to establish a constant magnetic field generated by both permanent magnets and current. The stator's rotating magnetic field drives the rotor into smooth motion, achieving synchronous speed without needing excitation current or windings, maximizing energy efficiency.
2). In comparison, asynchronous motors generate induced currents via the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque. This mechanism requires the rotor to operate below synchronous speed.
3). Our permanent magnet motors feature a power density approximately 30% greater than equivalent asynchronous motors. Moreover, they are typically 1-2 frame sizes more compact, significantly reducing iron and mechanical losses, optimizing overall system efficiency.
4). Relish the superior efficiency of our permanent magnet synchronous motor, which surpasses its asynchronous counterpart of equivalent power. Enjoy a broader high-efficiency zone where, remarkably, the permanent magnet synchronous motor maintains its efficiency within 25%-100% of the rated speed. In contrast, when the speed range of the asynchronous motor dips below 70% of the rated speed, efficiency experiences a sharp drop.

2). Ambient temperature: Expertly engineered to endure seasonal variations, this motor operates at its best within a temperature range of -15°C to 40°C, offering reliability across various climates.
3). Working mode: Specifically optimized for a continuous working system (S1), guaranteeing seamless operation and unwavering reliability for your demanding applications.
4). Rated voltage: This motor accommodates diverse power conditions with its availability in 200V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz, and a permissible rated voltage variation range of ±10%.
