Through the interplay of permanent magnets and current, this field is created, with the stator's rotating magnetic field guiding the rotor to achieve synchronization effortlessly-no excitation current or winding needed, ushering in unparalleled energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors rely on induced rotor currents driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque, which inherently results in a rotor speed lower than synchronous speed.
