Principle of Energy Saving
1). Our motors utilize high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials in the rotor to generate a fixed magnetic field. The interaction of permanent magnets and current creates this field. With the stator's rotating magnetic field guiding the rotor, synchronization is achieved without the need for excitation current or winding, leading to unparalleled energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors rely on induced current in the rotor, driven by the stator's rotating magnetic field, to produce electromagnetic torque. This setup inherently results in the rotor's speed being lower than synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors boast a 30% higher power density than asynchronous motors of similar power. They are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, translating to reduced iron loss and minimal mechanical loss, all thanks to their compact size.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) outshines the asynchronous motor in efficiency, offering superior performance with the same power level. Notably, its high-efficiency zone is significantly broader. When operating within 25%-100% of its rated speed, the PMSM consistently performs in the high-efficiency zone. In contrast, the asynchronous motor's efficiency diminishes markedly when its speed drops below 70% of the rated speed.

2). Ambient temperature: Varies seasonally but must remain within -15°C to 40°C
3). Working Mode: Designed for continuous operation (S1)
4). Rated Voltage: Available in 200V/380V with frequency options of 50Hz/60Hz. The permitted variation in rated voltage is ±10%
5). Enclosure Protection: The motor boasts an IP55 protection grade, ensuring robust defense against external elements
6). Cooling Method: Engineered with IC410 cooling system, optimizing the motor's performance and longevity
