Principle of Energy Saving
1). Our motors leverage high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials in the rotor to create a fixed magnetic field. The interaction between permanent magnets and current establishes this field. With the stator's rotating magnetic field guiding the rotor, synchronization is achieved without requiring excitation current or winding, leading to unmatched energy efficiency.
2). In contrast, asynchronous motors rely on induced current in the rotor, propelled by the stator's rotating magnetic field, to generate electromagnetic torque. This inherently results in the rotor's speed being lower than synchronous speed.
3). Permanent magnet motors boast a 30% higher power density than similarly powered asynchronous motors. They are 1-2 frame sizes smaller, resulting in reduced iron loss and minimal mechanical loss due to their compact size.
4). The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) exceeds the asynchronous motor in efficiency, offering superior performance at the same power level, with a notably broader high-efficiency zone. Operating within 25%-100% of its rated speed, the PMSM consistently remains in the high-efficiency zone, whereas the asynchronous motor's efficiency declines significantly when its speed drops below 70% of the rated speed.

2). Ambient temperature: Our motor operates seamlessly across diverse seasonal changes, as long as temperatures remain within a range of -15°C to 40°C.

4). Rated Voltage: Compatible with 200V/380V systems, our motor is adaptable to frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, with a permissible voltage variation of ±10%, ensuring versatility and efficiency.
