The external rotor series variable frequency drive high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor is a fully enclosed alir-cooled motor developed and designed by our company for the fan fleld. The efficiency indicators of this series of products have reached the Level 1 standard of GB30253-2013 "Limited Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors", reaching the advanced level of similar products. Due to the excellent magnetic properties of rare earth permanent magnet materials, they do not require additional energy after magnetization and can establish a strong permanent magnetic field to replace the traditional electric excitation field of motors. The permanent magnet motor produced not only has high efficiency, but also has a simple structure, reliable operation, and can achieve small volume and light weight. It can achieve high performance that traditional motors cannot match (such as ultra-high efficiency, ultra-high speed, and ultra-high response speed), and can also be made into special motors that can meet specific operating requirements. The combination of permanent magnet motors with electronic technology and microcomputer control technology has improved the performance of motors and drive systems to a new level, making motors more itelligent and data-driven, and widely used in various fan fields. Permanent magnet synchronous motors have novel design, compact structure, high efficiency, and high power output.
Energy saving principle:The external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor uses high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials to generate a fixed magnetic field (gener ated by permanent magnets and currents). and the stator rotating magnetic field drags the rotor magnetic field (rotor) to rotate. Therefore, the rotor speed must be equal to the synchronous speed, without the need for excitation current. The excitation winding achieves high energy efficiency.
