The stator's rotating magnetic field propels the rotor into smooth motion, achieving synchronous speed without requiring excitation current or windings, maximizing energy efficiency.
2). Conversely, asynchronous motors necessitate the generation of induced currents through the stator's rotating magnetic field to produce electromagnetic torque. This mechanism mandates that the rotor operates below synchronous speed.
3). Our permanent magnet motors offer a power density approximately 30% greater than equivalent asynchronous motors. Additionally, they are typically 1-2 frame sizes more compact, significantly minimizing iron and mechanical losses, thereby optimizing overall system efficiency.
